Columbia has a very fun work culture with employees that are easy to get along with. My internship experience was very exciting at every turn while I got to see every department of the company. I would definitely recommend this internship to those who prioritize a positive work environment.
What I wish was different
The internship was a great experience and the only thing I would change is having more time in sales, but it was still a great experience to be able to spend a lot of time in other departments.
Advice
Come into this internship with a super friendly and social attitude because the Columbia employees are amazing people to work with and you can get a lot of insight from every person in the company.
