Fulfillment Center Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll manage a team of 20-40 team members. Your responsibilities will include collaborating across departments to drive productivity, recruiting and hiring your team, and creating a positive experience for team members every day. It’s your leadership that guides your team to proactively plan to increase supply chain efficiency. We’ll be supporting you with extensive training to help you grow as a strong operations manager. About you:

 

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; demonstrate ability to motivate teams and manage conflict

  • Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others

  • Ability to access all levels and areas of facility

  • Openness to relocation
