Youth Development Professional
The Youth Development Professional is responsible for collaborating with the Program Director to implement safe, enriching youth development programs with a cohort of school age youth. As a Youth Development Professional, you are at the forefront of BGCB’s purpose: to help youth thrive. This role requires enthusiasm, patience, and adaptability. At Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend, you will develop meaningful relationships with Club members and serve as a positive role model. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy and eager to contribute to our fun- loving, mission-driven culture.
