Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales - Bend
Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level) in Bend, OR who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 20 - 30 calls per day, processing orders, generating interest and contributing to closing sales. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment we'll train and bring you up to speed on everything else!
As a Customer Supply Representative, your duties will include:
- Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Accounts receivable
- Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
- Strong problem-solving abilities and phone presence
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High quality verbal and written communication
- Strong math abilities is necessary
- Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
- Experience using spreadsheets, database and word processing software; such as Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
