Our entry-level engineers will perform a variety of specific professional technical assignments of an analytical, design or test nature requiring evaluation, selection and application of basic engineering principles, theories and techniques. Initial assignment will be a key role supporting major production programs. Duties include application of the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action process for production and field failures, including failure data collection and review, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto and similar statistical analyses, and reporting. Duties will also include other Reliability and Maintainability Engineering tasks including analyses to evaluate the design, including circuit analysis, reliability predictions, maintainability predictions, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, testability analysis and built-in- test analysis. Microsoft Word, EXCEL, SQL and visual basic will also part of these duties. The entry level engineer will work with other senior Engineers in a mentor relationship were by they will be trained in various techniques.

Requirements
  • A SECRET level security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science from an accredited college or university
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in the application of engineering principles and procedures 
  • Demonstrated experience in the area of manufacturing technology
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
