Job Duties:
Responsible for meeting/exceeding Renewal Sales Revenue Quota by implementing a business plan which may include any of the following:
- Reaching out and Following up with customers on phone and email
- Tracking and maintaining accurate forecast
- Pursuing declined customers
- Uncovering and Scoping Support Reinstatement, Product and Training Sales Opportunities Selling Reinstatement SupportTerritory Management
- Sales Campaign work
- Project work
Job Qualifications:
- Required Skills for this Renewal Sales Representative position include the following:
- Bachelor's Degree HIGHLY preferred
- 1-2 years Sales Experience HIGHLY preferred, especially software Sales background
- Soft Skills/Experience/Attributes:
- Must possess good phone skills and outstanding phone etiquette
- Must be competitive, with high Energy
- Must be optimistic and an exceptional communicator
- Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
- Experience with Accurate sales forecasting, forecast reporting and understanding of support revenue.
- System skills in SAP, Ebase, Business objects reporting, Excel & PowerPoint
- Understanding of Sharepoint and Qlikview
