Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks an ISR Analyst to perform multi-source/domain intelligence analysis against adversary target systems, and associated critical capabilities, related targets of interest, and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures.  The candidate will leverage analysis, correlation, and fusion to inform predictive battlespace awareness, target development, and creation of operational targeting strategies.

The successful candidate will assess threats, and provide the client with intelligence analysis, assessments, and various intelligence products. The candidate is responsible for analyzing intelligence, processing, exploiting, correlating, and fusing information into a network centric environment. They will conduct multisource analysis of adversary threat systems and tactics, tailor all-source analysis for Combat Air Force units. The candidate shall identify and recognize weaknesses in TTPs and equipment, find solutions to adversary TTPs, and assist in incorporating solutions into training, standardization and evaluation, and current operations.

Security Clearance Requirements
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Required Experience
  • 8-10 years' relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years of Intel Analysis experience
  • Experience with analysis dealing with current intelligence and/or Geographic Theater Operations
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Very detailed oriented
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office

Desired Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2-4 years' relevant experience
  • Proficient with research/analysis tools: Palantir, Analyst Notebook
