Entry Level Field Sales Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Field Sales Engineer in the PNW, located in Seattle Washington. We work collaboratively with some of the top brand names global customers on new and exciting technologies.
As a Filed Sales Engineer, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to preform following:
Performance Objectives:
* Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier to our local and global OEM customers.
* Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Business Plans and Strategies to drive new business opportunities and demand creation efforts with our channel partners.
* Drive new business demand creation with our local Field Applications Engineers and our Business Units Engineers to secure successful design wins with our OEM and Channel customers.
* Develop and execute contract negotiation strategies.
* Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to our customers.
* Other functions include activities related to exceeding our customers’ expectations and ensuring customer delight.
* A Bachelor’s degree is required, a technical degree is preferred.
* Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization.
* Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.
* Team work player and willing to travel as needed
