If you are a ChE student, we want to talk with you about our KapStone internship program. We are seeking skilled, self-motivated, and results-driven people for these positions.

Our interns investigate and develop solutions to issues with immediate importance and benefit to the initiatives and goals of the business. Interns work directly with senior level employees in Environmental, Project Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Optimization and Control groups. Personal initiative and strong team leadership skills are key. When tackling a project, an intern will need to learn a particular process thoroughly, and use that process understanding to make things better. We don’t assign busywork – intern projects will make a difference! The ideal intern candidate would be a junior. Internships are available in 3-month or 6-month intervals, with 6 months preferred.

For graduating seniors, we have an Associate Engineer role. This is a full time position with benefits and is offered with the expectation of being able to step into the role of Process Control Engineer within a year. Associates are expected to become process experts in their area in order to support mill inititives and process improvements. While we are not actively seeking associates at this time, there will always be positions available for strong candidates.

We will be providing food. Bring your resume and come prepared to discuss your interests!

All resumes submitted will be included in a Resume Book distributed to the KapStone partners.

By submitting your resume you agree that you have provided your resume and the other information with the understanding that this information will be distributed to off-campus organizations. You are also agreeing that you do NOT have an active FERPA "Confidentiality Request" form filed with the Registrar's office.
