Engineering Technician/EIT
Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS) has an employment opportunity with an excellent benefits package for a full‐time Engineering Technician (EIT). The EIT will work under the direct supervision of the District Engineer assisting with engineering functions including the preparation of construction drawings, performing calculations, collecting field data and managing utility coordination for sewer and stormwater construction projects. This is a full time position, normal work hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All applicants are subject to RVSS policies and procedures and must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license. RVSS provides sanitary sewer service for areas of Jackson County and the cities of Jacksonville, Talent, Phoenix, Central Point, Eagle Point, Shady Cove, Gold Hill and White City. RVSS also operates and maintains the waste water reclamation facilities for the Cities of Shady Cove and Gold Hill and provides stormwater quality services for Jackson County, Phoenix, Talent, Central Point and White City.
